How it Works Step by Step

We want your reapir with Got Hail CO to be easy and want you to know that we will be with you every step of the way. From making a claim, to inspecting and repairing your car, we promise to be there as well as keep you informed throughout the entire dent removal and repair process.

Our Process

A trained inspector from GotHail.CO will inspect your damages and value your vehicle.

The inspector will ask about your insurance and deductible and rental car coverage. The GotHail.CO If you qualify your inspector will give you a written offer and schedule you into the shop.

You will receive a call within 24 hours from our communications manager to verify your appointment and set up your free rental car.

At your appointment we will video tape your vehicle noting any prior damage not related to hail on your vehicle. We also record your mileage when you dropped off your car. We help you file your claim and then you are taken a block away to Hertz to pick up your free rental car.

At this point your participation is over until you pick up your repaired vehicle.


We hand wash your car when you drop it off.

We then drive your vehicle into our specialized estimating room.

We scan your vehicles computer safety systems

We then do a full estimate and send it to your insurance

When your adjuster comes to our shop they are provided with a comprehensive and fair estimate, a certified and trained advisor, Wi-Fi, a work station and bottled water.

Upon approval by both us and your insurance we move your vehicle to the repair bay.

It takes 1-3 days for PDR and if paint is required it can take a few more days

When the repair I done we scan your vehicles safety systems again (like air bags etc.)

We then clean your car inside and out.

We then do three levels of quality control and then we call and schedule you to come in and pick up your vehicle.
